Mike Cowan
Mike has been in law enforcement for 21 years and runs the training division.
His certifications include SWAT, Explosive Breaching, Mechanical Breaching, Firearms Instructor, Motor Officer, Defensive Tactics, State Instructor, DARC tactics instructor, Precision Rife, Asp Baton Instructor, Tactical Handcuffing Instructor, and Use of Force Instructor. Mike has served on and been a supervisor in Patrol, Motors, SWAT, Narcotics, Criminal Investigations and in the Training Division.- 21 years in law enforcement
- Oversees Training Division including a state approved lateral academy.
- Previously ran narcotics team, patrol shifts, school resource officers, criminal investigations division

Randy Davis
Randy has been in law enforcement for 15 years, working in investigations for 12 of those years. He’s been on the SWAT team for 6 years and also works on a Federal Taskforce. Randy served in the US Army as a sniper, combatives instructor and sniper school instructor before working as a contractor in Iraq and Afghanistan. Randy holds instructor certificates in Defensive Tactics, SSGT Level 1, 2 and Edged Weapons, Close Quarters Battle, and is the primary instructor for the MTOA SWAT sniper course..
- 15 years in law enforcement, 6 years of SWAT experience and 12 years of investigations
- 3 years as a Federal Taskforce member
- Served 8 years in the U.S. Army as a sniper
- 3 years overseas contracting experience in Iraq and Afghanistan
- U.S. Army combatives instructor
- LE defensive tactics instructor
- SSGT level 1,2, and edged weapons instructor certified
- Close Quarters Battle Inc. LE defensive tactics instructor certified
- Instructor for U.S. State Department WWPS course
